Sat. June 22 Branko (Portugal/Enchufada) comes back to Los Angeles for a very special live Audio/Visual performance as part of his NOSSO album tour. Inspired by his travels and collaborations with artists around the world, the NOSSO tour is an A/V experience that journeys through Branko’s global influences and brings them all to life through his music.
With UPROOT ANDY (NYC/Bien Buena) coming out to join forces with us for the night, we’re blessed to have two pioneers of the global bass sound representing for the past, present, and future of global club music.
Over the years, these two DJs and producers have been a huge influence on the Late Night Laggers sound, style, and culture and we’re excited for you to see these two performers live and in person.
Uproot Andy is an influential Brooklyn based DJ Producer who's sound explores the underlying connections of global dance music culture. He co-founded the legendary NY party 'Que Bajo' that helped pioneer the Global Bass movement, as well as the more recent Brooklyn party and Red Bull Radio show Bien Buena and is the music director for Abrima Erwiah and Rosario Dawson's Europe and across the Americas appearing in diverse settings from Colombia's Carnaval de Barranquilla to New York's Central Park Summerstage to Gilles Peterson Worldwide Awards in London.
